A real estate operation for the sale of the Parc Eugénie development (sales began in 2011), comprising a total of 54 housing units on five floors. The surface area of the terraces of the apartments varies from 5.40 m² to 31 m². designed by the architects Marc Favaro and François Navarro. Plafometal was called on to supply the ceilings of the outdoor balconies and terraces.
